PhD Workshop

13 апреля в рамках 20-й ежегодной Международной апрельской конференции по экономическому и социальному развитию состоялся VI ежегодный семинар "Финансовые рынки и корпоративные стратегии: сравнительный анализ", организованный Школой финансов факультета экономических наук НИУ ВШЭ.

Руководители семинара : профессора Школы финансов И.В. Ивашковская и А.М. Карминский.
Ключевой докладчик :Елена Бекалли, профессор банковского дела и декан Школы банковского дела, финансов и страхования (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Милан).
Елена представила свое исследование “Economies of scale and scope in EU banking”, в котором выясняет, существуют ли данные эффекты в европейских банках.Презентация вызвала живой интерес участников и активную дискуссию, в ходе которой были намечены направления дальнейшего исследован­ия.
Затем свои работы представили аспиранты из российских и зарубежных университетов. Были подняты актуальные вопросы из различных областей финансов: эффекты монетарной политики на развивающихся ранках, оценка эффективности европейских программ по финансированию инноваций, влияние структуры собственности на стартапы в России, и многие другие. Участники получили детальную обратную связь, которая позволит им развить свои исследования.

Главная цель семинара – развитие академической среды и стимулирование обмена знаниями. В этом году в семинаре приняли участие 12 аспирантов из 8 разных университетов: Финансовый университет при Правительстве Российской Федерации (Россия), НИУ ВШЭ (Россия), СПбГУ (Россия), Уральский федеральный университет (Россия), Южно-Уральский государственный университет (Россия), ТюмГУ (Россия), Ghent University (Belgium), University of Massachusetts (USA).
 
Лучшие работы будут опубликованы в академическом журнале «Корпоративные финансы». Это издание включено в рейтинг Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) и является одним из лучших академических журналов в России.

I was very satisfied with results of PhD seminar, because I got useful comments and new questions to my research.
