The Higher School of Economics has entered the Shanghai Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU) for the first time. The ranking is known for its strict selection criteria. This year, 12 Russian universities, including 10 participants of Project 5-100, entered the ranking. Until 2016, only 2 representatives of Russia were included- MSU and St. Petersburg State University.
Bertha Tamakloe arrived to Moscow from Ghana and is now finishing her first year at the master programme Strategic Corporate Finance. She speaks on why she likes the program and why studying at HSE may be enjoable to international students
Associate professors of the School of Finance Natalia Gorelaya and Pavel Malyshev took part in The digital Finance section of the St. Petersburg digital forum, which took place on April 18-19, 2018.representatives of banks and FINTECH companies discussed new opportunities for work in the digital economy. All participants agreed that the world of Finance has changed dramatically today, so the transformation of traditional institutions and the growing penetration of information technology in the field of Finance is inevitable
