The Textbook Investment Analysis in Project Finance by HSE professors N.V. Tsekhomsky and D.V. Tikhomirov was included in the list of the best educational publications in the All-Russian Competition University Book 2024 award

On June 27, 2024, the winners of the X Anniversary All-Russian competition of educational and scientific publications for higher education «University Book – 2024» were named and awarded.

The Textbook «Investment Analysis in Project Finance» prepared by professor of the School of Finance of the HSE, Head of Financial Modeling of the state corporation VEB.RF D.V. Tikhomirov and First Deputy Chairman of VEB.RF, Professor of the Department of Theory and Practice of Interaction between Business and Government of the HSE N.V. Tsekhomsky was included in the list of the best educational publications in the All-Russian competition «University Book 2024» in the category The Best Educational Publications in Economics and Management.

The English version of the publication discusses the features of project finance, key ratios and their application in practice, the basics of financial mathematics, discounting and cash flow forecasting, bank requirements for a business plan and especially for the financial model of an investment project, examples of calculations and the most common errors, exercises and tests to self-review and in-class tests. The book contains numerous examples of calculations in MS Excel file format in English; the website www.корпфин.рф has been specially created and maintained by the authors, where you can find similar methodological and practical materials in Russian.

The publication is an official university textbook and is intended for students of economic universities and specialties, graduate students, teachers, specialists from banks and investment departments of companies, consultants in the field of project finance.
