Open part of the "Introduction to Value-based Business Analytics" specialization was launched on the "Сoursera"

What do you know about the approach to the analysis of a company from the standpoint of multiple financial and non-financial forms of its capital? On May 5, the specialization “Introduction to Value-based Business Analytics” was launched on the platform “Coursera” within the framework of the new original online Master's program of the School of Finance “Master of Business Analytics”. Principles of modern business intelligence built on the concepts of long-term value creation of any firm including private and family companies are in the interests of a wide range of stakeholders.

Students will gain an understanding of how risk and return criteria change the assessment of the company's own performance and help evaluate various financial instruments in the financial markets that can be used to finance growth opportunities. This gives the investor the tools to create sustainable value in business solutions in any sector of the economy. The specialization will provide students with a new perspective on how different motivations underlying decisions made by managers and boards of directors can affect the company's performance. Representatives of large employers in various industries such as the Moscow Exchange, PWC, Rosselkhozbank, Fitch Ratings, IBS consulting, etc. share their views on specific topics in expert interviews and their experience of applying systems thinking in value creation to real life situations.
