The 75rd Issue of Journal of Corporate Finance Research Has Been Published

The third issue of 2025 features studies on digital transformation and firms’ environmental performance, the uncertainty of sustainable growth for ESG enterprises, institutional investors and firm performance in the oil and gas industry, the role of the digital economy in driving carbon neutrality, business ecosystem frameworks, the impact of foreign investment components on cash holdings, determinants of capital structure under financial turbulence, and more.

We are pleased to present the 75th issue of the Journal of Corporate Finance Research (ISSN: 2073-0438). The journal has been published since 2007 and is included in the Unified State Register of Scholarly Publications (“White List,” Level 1), the Higher Attestation Commission (VAK) list (K2, subject areas 5.2.1. Economic Theory and 5.2.4. Finance). It is indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) and, since the fall of 2023, in the international Scopus database.
