How to assess the real profitability of a business? What is the difference between the cost of capital and the economic profit of a company? How do you know where your business is in the life cycle?
You will receive answers to these and many other questions in the second part of the webinar.
You will also learn what an appraisal is required for in business life and what challenges you may face. You will consider dividends and cash flows, country specifics and country risks using examples of real cases. What is a control premium? You will learn from examples of the values of such premiums for Europe and developing countries.
