Kept is an audit and advisory firm that was previously part of KPMG's international network but formally left it on 8 June 2022.

We audit financial statements, provide performance improvement and risk management services, help deal with tax and legal issues, provide transaction services and advise on business restructuring and raising financing. Kept has an extensive Technology practice that helps clients become more efficient with digital products and solutions.

We have been working in Russia for more than 30 years, and we have been rated the No. 1 Audit firm in Russia since 2009*. Currently we have 12 offices in largest cities of Russia and Belarus (Moscow, Ekaterinburg, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Perm, Rostov-on-Don, Saint Petersburg, Voronezh, Minsk, Gomel), employing together 3,800 people.
