To join our team, follow these steps:

1. Choose your area of interest.  Visit our events and career fairs to learn more about B1 business lines.
2. Check vacancies in your chosen field. All job openings are posted on hh.ru and shared through our social media communities.
3. Submit your resume. Apply via hh.ru or potok.io, or send your CV directly to career@b1.ru. Make sure to specify the position you are applying for in the subject line.
4. Complete online testing that includes an English proficiency test and, for some positions, a professional knowledge assessment.
5. Meet with an HR officer.
6. Get interviewed by a manager from your chosen department, who will assess your professional competencies and explain your future responsibilities.
7. Receive a job offer from B1.
