Invited experts: · Emma Holmes, Senior Lecturer in Accountancy and Finance and Programme Leader at Lincoln International Business School, University of Lincoln, UK. Emma has taught on a number of postgraduate and undergraduate modules, specialising in the areas of Financial Accounting and Taxation. Prior to starting her academic career, Emma qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the London Top Tier Assurance department of a Big 4 firm. She successfully led external audit engagements for both private and public companies using IFRS and local GAAP. She was also selected to attend an intensive training and facilitation course which enabled her to lead and deliver several assurance technical training courses to Big 4 graduates. Emma has also been a tutor at a private financial college where she taught both Financial Accounting and Taxation for ICAEW and ATT qualifications. · Adriana Tiron-Tudor. Full Professor, Ph.D. Supervisor, Coordinator at Master program: Accounting management, audit and control, FSEGA, UBB. Adriana is a chartered accountant and a financial auditor, member of IPSASB for 2012-2018, and Public Sector Accounting and Audit Group, Accountancy Europe, 2010-2018. Now she is the Common Content Project Initiative, Steering Committee President.Her research focuses on sustainability reporting for large companies, SME, public sector entities and NGOs. Another topic of interest is represented by the digitalisation of the accounting profession. · Ewa Dziwok. Head of Department. Department of Applied Mathematics. University of Economics in Katowice, Ewa is an Associate Professor and head of Department of Applied Mathematics at University of Economics in Katowice. Her research focuses on quantitative methods in finance, risk management, green monetary policy and sustainable finance. Currently she participates in international project GrEnFIn (Greening Energy Market and Finance). She is in charge of double degree Master studies Quantitative Asset and Risk Management ARIMA (CFA and PRMIA accreditated).She previously held a position of Liquidity Manager and Investment Analyst at ING Bank Śląski, Treasury Department. As a guest professor she regularly gives lectures at several universities (Italy, Austria, Slovenia, Germany). |
