Issue 77 of the Journal of Corporate Finance Research is now published

Materials from the annual conference "ESG Corporate Dynamics: the Challenges for Emerging Capital Markets" organized by the School of Finance, Faculty of Economic Sciences, HSE University, were used in preparing this issue.

We are pleased to present the 77th issue of the Journal of Corporate Finance Research (ISSN: 2073-0438). The journal has been published since 2007 and is included in the Unified State Register of Scholarly Publications (“White List,” Level 1), the Higher Attestation Commission (VAK) list (K2, subject areas 5.2.1. Economic Theory and 5.2.4. Finance). It is indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) and, since the fall of 2023, in the international Scopus database.
