HSE University’s School of Finance hosted a meeting with a delegation from INCEIF University (Malaysia)

On March 2, 2026, the HSE University’s School of Finance hosted a meeting with a delegation from INCEIF University (Malaysia) to discuss strategic academic and research collaboration.

The negotiations centered on joint research initiatives exploring Islamic approaches to financial management, corporate governance, and the functioning of boards of directors, in close cooperation with the HSE Corporate Finance Center. During the meeting, representatives from both universities outlined key avenues for partnership, including the organization of joint online seminars, the implementation of student and faculty mobility programs, and active participation in mutual academic events. Furthermore, the INCEIF delegation was invited to contribute to the Journal of Corporate Finance Research and participate in the School of Finance's annual conference «ESG Corporate Dynamics: the Challenges for Emerging Capital Markets». This productive dialogue establishes a strong foundation for future international cooperation in the fields of Islamic finance and sustainable economics.
